New Construction To Begin
This area is going to be under construction during the next few weeks. There will be a small addition added on to accommodated some new technology. It will prove very beneficial as we will be able to offer the latest treatment to our patients.
I believe that it is important that areas that will change should be documented so that you will have a before look at what is current but also so you can look back at the past . Sort of a garden event archive that gives you history over the years.
The new building will sit here.
All the plant material in the above photo will be gone. as the new building will come out to within 4 feet of the parking lot curb.
The building will end 5 feet west of the glass doors
As you can see from the photos we will be loosing a significant number of trees and shrubs. As we are in a very urban area it is important that we maintain as much greenery as possible. Also we really need to be sure the appearance is keeping with our existing landscape plans.
Perennial Bed at the left hand side of the new building
Looking at the left hand side of the photo you will see a perennial bed along the wall. I believe will will continue that up along side the new building . Also we will try and squeeze a few trees in between the side walk and the new building as well.
Right now we are in the final planning stages and soil cores are being taken and utility relocation is under way. The construction schedule is calling for a late April early May start. I will continue to update this all the way through to completion.
